Some of you asked me if I could give you more exams to practice Reading. Here you have two more examples with answers. As you can see, in these exercises you do not only have Reading Part 6, but also Reading Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
Next Monday you will have Unit 3 Test (Interaction). In this unit you have learnt how our senses and sense organs allow us to interact with our environment. You have a mind map in your notebook. Study it! It is also necessary to revise the nerves, how they make up the nervous system, and how nerve impulses are transmitted. You will also study the different parts of the nervous system and how the areas of the nervous system control different functions in the body.
In the second half of the unit, you have studied about the structure of the human body, including the skeleton, the joints and the muscles and the roles they play in how we move and protect our vital organs.

You will have one extra point if you answer to the following questions and you give them to me in your notebook
1. What is the stimulus and what is the response in this scene? 2. What information does the mouse receive through the 5 senses? (Sight, Hearing, Smell, etc.) 3. What does the nervous system do? (Talk about how the mouse process the information and its nervous system produces responses) 4. What is the response of the locomotor system?
Our unit 1 is almost finished. In this unit you have learnt about the Spanish landscape. And you have to revise the unit for the test that we will have on the 18th of February. We have learnt that Spain has a very varied landscape and some of the Spain’s main geographical features. Also you have learnt about the territories that form Spain and identify the land and water boundaries that surround them.
It is also important to revise the Meseta's features, identifing and differentiating them. Also you will revise the main landforms that are found around and outside the Meseta and be able to differentiate between their characteristics and location. Finally, you need to revise the Spain’s two main depressions, the Ebro Depression and the Guadalquivir Depression, and describe the landforms found within them.

This week you will do the PET/KET exam. Here you have all the readings (part 5) we have done in class. You also have the answers so you can do them again at home.
Last week we started practicing in class describing pictures. Remember that you can bring photos to class. We will use them to practice this part of the test in class.
As I said, here you have the new questions that we are practicing everyday that will help as to improve your speaking skills. Remember the more you practice them, the more confident you will feel when you give answers.
